The IT equipment would benefit the hall in terms of increasing lets as within the facility we could accommodate learning seminars and business meetings by offering a hybrid approach and also access to online learning which would enhance the development our our community hall. Also having a new notice board would allow the community to clearly display any activities and events that is happening within the local area and hopefully encourage participation.

The funding received will directly support the creation of a pop-up museum within the Broadway’s foyer, to preserve the collective memories of cinema-going in South Ayrshire and become the first indoor museum experience in Prestwick in living memory.

BLUE HEALTH Programme: Our proposed project expands on a successful pilot programme by Adventure Carrick of Blue and Green Health programmes in South Ayrshire. Through a consortium approach with The Outdoor Partnership and Adventure Carrick who are both local outdoor adventure organisations, Troon Water Sports Hub as the lead organization, will develop and deliver activities such as blue and green health walks, beach bathing, snorkel trails, SUP paddling and surfing.

1. Adult and Family Learning - All residents in the KA10 7JH 2. Financial Inclusion (Cost of Living Support) - provide low cost or no cost activities for all. 3. Youth Work - provide a safe vibrant space for youth of all ages and tastes in activities and hobbies. 4. Community Development - to work in partnership with the KA10 business community along with all organisations and charities .

Our “Get Support Now” banners would directly address Community Development by normalising unpaid carer identity and strengthening local networks; Adult & Family Learning through digital engagement and by linking carers to support and advice via the online services. Early self-identification and 24/7 support access will reduce isolation and crisis referrals, benefiting the estimated 1,200 unpaid carers in Prestwick & Villages (and their families), plus local health and social work/care services.

The club is looking to develop the sport of Pickleball within Prestwick Indoor Tennis Centre as well as providing additional equipment to support our disability tennis programme.

Refurbishing the hall will enhance sound, comfort, and accessibility—supporting youth, families, and adults with a vibrant, inclusive space for learning, events, and community connection.

We would love to bring back the wonderful Light Up Loans event in the village. by providing an event that will benefit the whole community by bringing everyone of all ages together This will benefit the whole community, everyone of all ages can participate.

This project will benefit the local community and surrounding area to introduce learners to sign language as well as current users being able to practice their language skill. As well as learning this could be a good opportunity to bring people together to support their general health and wellbeing and hopefully encourage them to become more involved in other things within the village.
