Expand Dundonald Castle Visitor Centre to boost tourism, jobs, local businesses and community activities, benefiting residents, visitors, schools, volunteers and the wider village economy.

The project supports South Ayrshire’s ambitions around place, culture & the arts, Ayr town centre, regeneration and 20-min neighbourhood agenda. The Gaiety is a cultural anchor in the town centre supporting 20 staff & over 100 volunteers drawing large audiences into the town centre – over 250 performances of 102 productions a year and a 5 star annual panto playing to 27,000 people. A better-looking, more sustainable theatre supports visitor spend and its long term financial stability.

The regeneration of The Kings Arms Community Pub & Hub, a community owned building, will result in place-based transformation and support the economic, social and physical regeneration and sustainability of Ballantrae and the surrounding area. It will create a fully inclusive, accessible, sustainable business providing hospitality training and employment for at least 10 local residents

Curl Ayrshire Charity will deliver a transformational community regeneration project in Ayr North through the construction of a purpose-built, multi-use community hub on 1.5 acres of previously derelict land. Located within one of Scotland's most deprived communities (SIMD 1–2), the development will provide an international-standard four-sheet curling facility alongside flexible community spaces that support health, wellbeing, learning, volunteering and community activity throughout the year.
